Every new week comes with fresh opportunities, blessings, and challenges. As children of God, we must begin the week with prayer and prophetic declarations that set the tone for our days.

The Bible reminds us in Psalm 118:24:

This is the day that the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

If God made the day, then He has the power to guide, protect, and bless us in it.

 Prayers for the Week

1. Prayer for Gratitude

Father, I thank You for the gift of life and for bringing me into this new week. Your word says in Psalm 103:2, ‘Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits.’ Lord, I am grateful.

2. Prayer for Guidance

Lord, order my steps this week according to Your word. As written in Psalm 119:105: ‘Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.’ May I not walk in confusion but in divine direction.

3. Prayer for Favor

Father, let Your favor surround me like a shield this week. Psalm 5:12 declares: ‘Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield.’ Let doors of opportunity open for me.

4. Prayer for Protection

Lord, keep me and my family safe. As written in Psalm 91:10–11: ‘No harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.

5. Prayer for Strength

Father, strengthen me to overcome challenges this week. Isaiah 40:31 says: ‘But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

 Declarations for the Week

1. Declaration of Peace

I declare that this week shall be filled with peace. John 14:27: ‘Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you.’ No trouble shall steal my joy.

2. Declaration of Open Doors

I declare that doors of blessings and opportunities shall open for me. Revelation 3:8: ‘See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut.

3. Declaration of Protection

I declare that no weapon formed against me shall prosper. Isaiah 54:17: ‘No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you.

4. Declaration of Health

I declare divine health over my life and family. Jeremiah 30:17: ‘But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the Lord.

5. Declaration of Breakthrough

I declare supernatural breakthroughs in my business, career, and family this week. Deuteronomy 28:12: ‘The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands.

 Anchor Scriptures for the Week

**Lamentations 3:22–23 – God’s mercies are new every morning.

**Joshua 1:9 – Be strong and courageous; the Lord is with you wherever you go.

**Proverbs 16:3 – Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans will succeed.

 Final Prayer

Lord, I commit this new week into Your hands. Let Your presence go before me and Your grace speak for me. May my going out and coming in be blessed, and may this week end in testimonies of joy, favor, and breakthroughs. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
