Skipping this simple act can leave you feeling drained, unfocused, and even make you miss opportunities that could have come your way. I used to do the same thing. I’d wake up late, scroll my phone, and rush out the door. I thought I was being productive, but my energy felt scattered, and I struggled to get things done. How I Discovered a Simple Solution Everything changed when I decided to dedicate just 2–3 minutes each morning to prayer, gratitude, and setting an intention for my day. Heavenly Father, as I lay down to rest tonight, I put my life and my family into Your hands. Every plan of the enemy is destroyed, and no evil shall come near my dwelling. Lord, give me peaceful sleep and renewed strength for tomorrow. I declare that my night is blessed. My dreams are covered with light, my home is surrounded by angels, and my heart is filled with peace. As it is written in Psalm 4:8: “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.” If this prayer touched you, type Amen and share with someone who needs peace tonight. Life is full of battles. Some we see coming, others take us by surprise. I remember a young man who once told me how he lost his job, his friends mocked him, and he felt like giving up. But instead of surrendering, he decided to learn a new skill. Slowly, he built himself again, and today, he is not only standing but lifting others. The truth is, life will always test us. It might be financial struggles, health challenges, or even betrayal. But giving up is never an option. Every challenge is proof that there is greatness inside you waiting to come out.
